DISPATCH TIMES

All of our products have various shipping times.

Our current dispatch times are shown in your cart under the shipping section and are a guideline of when your order will be completed and sent out to yourself. We always aim to get orders out at the soonest possible date within this guideline and never later.

PLEASE NOTE- Our current dispatch times are subject to change depending the volume of orders with are dealing with although once you place your order, the dispatch times displayed at the time of ordering are a guaranteed time frame.

The dispatch times shown is the time frame it takes us to hand your order over the courier to deliver to yourself.

We have a select few products that are manufactured at a different site. This means these products will be sent out separately from the rest of your order and will show up as free shipping. You can find out how the products you are purchasing will be dispatched in the product description.

UK SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders £15 or over. If your order is under £15 the shipping price will be displayed in your cart along with the current dispatch times for the items you are ordering. If you are ordering more than one item and they have different dispatch times your order will be packaged together in one parcel and sent out within the latest time frame shown. Your cart will also show the method and courier used for your parcel.
