About Us
I began working in the wedding industry in 2007 when I had a very small business making handmade wedding invitations and small wedding decorations. My passion for weddings really began to grow and I found myself wanting to be more involved with peoples weddings. Many people that I came across were struggling with planning their big day for various reasons such as sourcing reliable suppliers, keeping things within budget, worried or stressed that they had forgotten something and simply just not having the time to get everything done. That's when I decided to expand my business and become a wedding planner, venue dresser and still offer all my handmade items. Many times though, I heard brides say "I just want to feel amazing on my wedding day" "I just want everything around me to look stunning and perfect" "I want a flawless day that I can really enjoy" and I thought to myself why just on your wedding day and not every day of your life! So I adapted the business to not just weddings but using my home office and craft station (aka the lab) I now also do Home Decor, Jewellery & Accessories with a mixture of carefully selected brand new and handmade products to suit many tastes and budgets. This now gives people the chance to feel amazing, have everything around them stunning and perfect and have a flawless day and not just on their wedding day but every day!

Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping prices vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel and your location. When you add items to your cart it will calculate your shipping price for your full order.

RETURNS
We take great care in ensuring every parcel is carefully manufactured and packaged but in the unlikely event any of your items are received in a damaged state please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to notify us. We can arrange with you a replacement or a refund. Please note that photographic evidence will be required.
If your order is undamaged but you are not fully satisfied with your purchase when you receive it, you can request a refund by heading to our website and completing a ‘Returns Request’. PLEASE NOTE Personalised or Custom Made items are non-returnable but please be assured that we fully confirm all details with you before your order is produced. Once you have completed the online return request we will send you information on how to package and send your items and supply you with our return address. All items must be unused/unworn and undamaged. Send your parcel to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns after this date. We recommend sending your parcel with postal cover included as we will not be liable for any parcels lost in transit. The cost of sending a return to us is not refundable. Once we have received your parcel and we are satisfied with everything you will be notified, and we will issue a refund for the item/s returned not including the return postage costs.

Privacy Policy / GDPR
Any personal information we receive from yourself will only be used by us in order to process your order/booking. We will only ever contact you regarding your order/booking or if you have subscribed to one of our memberships which you are free to unsubscribe from at anytime and in that event all your information will be deleted. We will never pass your information on to any third party. If you have booked one of our wedding planning services which involves other venues, suppliers or vendors your permission will be required for us to speak to these on your behalf and you will be fully aware of what information will be shared. This will be stated in your contract with us.
All of your information that we use is stored on our own personal database or in paper files that are fully secured and only accessible by us.
Any online payments through our website will be done through a trusted third party service of which all details will be displayed at checkout.
Any payments made to us that are not through our website for booked/contracted services will be asked to be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
Once your order/booking is completed your details will remain on our database for records only and will never been used again.
